Residence Halls close for Spring 2024

Students, make sure you meet with your RA leading up to moving out to get the check-out procedures. Failure to do so will result in improper check-out charges. Additional charges may also apply if damages are assessed.

Roommate Search & Selection Closes

Incoming freshmen have the ability to search for and select a roommate in their Housing Portal until Friday, May 10 at 11:59pm.

Maymester Session Move-In

Students enrolled in the 2024 Maymester Session and registered for housing may check in at Griffis Hall beginning at 2:00pm.

Online Room Selection - Round 1

Students who have completed their housing application by April 1 at 11:59pm CT, and also completed their housing contract between April 2 at 10:00 through April 30 at 11:59pm CT, will qualify to participate in the first round of Online Room…

Memorial Day Holiday

University offices will be closed and will reopen on Tuesday, May 28 during normal business hours.

Online Room Selection - Round 2

Students who miss either the priority housing application deadline or April 1 or the priority contract deadline of April 30 will participate in the second round of Online Room Selection.
