Early Arrival Move-In Information (Upper Division Greek)
Hi,
All Details for move-in are below and attached. Please make sure to read the instructions and complete everything before arriving for your time slot.
Greek Schedule for MVNU2MSU August 10, 2024:
- 9AM - 11AM: Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta
- 11AM - 1PM: Delta Gamma, Kappa Delta
- 1PM - 3PM: Phi Mu, Zeta Tau Alpha, Alpha Chi Omega
- 3PM - 5PM: Alpha Delta Pi, Pi Beta Phi
When you Arrive:
Follow the map attached below to your Central Location. Once you arrive to campus, please turn off your GPS and follow the directional traffic signs. After you have checked-in at your Central Location (The Humphrey Coliseum or Animal and Dairy / Poultry Science Building), you will be directed to your Residence Hall Unloading Zone.
DO NOT arrive to your check-in location before your time slot - you will not be given access earlier than the designated time slot.
BEFORE ARRIVING FOR MVNU2MSU 2024
Obtain your MSU Student ID
- Please follow this link to complete that process: https://servicedesk.msstate.edu/TDClient/45/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1697
- If you do not have your ID before you arrive to campus, the Card Services office will be available at both check-in locations to pick up your card before you will be allowed to check-in for MVNU2MSU.
Emergency Card
- Every resident is required to complete an Emergency Contact e-form to be kept on file with the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This form must be completed prior to check-in and can be found here: https://msstate.erezlife.com/

Advanced Payment
- Students will NOT be able to move into a Residence Hall until you have complied with the University's advanced payment requirements. For more information on the payment plans and how to pay your bill, visit Paymybill.msstate.edu.
