Planning to spend the holidays here at MSU? Apply for Winter Break Housing now!

 

Mississippi State University offers Winter Break housing for students who need to stay in their residence hall room during Winter Break while the university is closed. Applications are open NOW and will close on Friday, Dec. 13 at 12:00 pm CST

 

Please note, Winter Break Housing costs $1,000 for the entire period, regardless of the number of nights stayed. Prorates will not be granted.

 

Apply and sign your Winter Break Housing Contract through your Housing Portal!

 

All residence halls will close on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 12:00 pm CST, ending the fall semester. Residence Halls will re-open on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm CST, for the spring semester.

 

If you do not plan to stay for the Winter Break, be on the lookout for additional information through email and from your RA regarding check-out procedures.
