Early Arrival Move-In Information (New Maroon Camp & Famous Maroon Band Members)
Hi,
The Department of Housing and Residence Life is excited to welcome our New Maroon Camp participants on August 10th and 11th, and our Famous Maroon Band members on August 10th!
All the details for move-in are below and attached. Please make sure to read the instructions and complete everything before arriving for your time slot.
When you Arrive:
Follow the map attached below to your Central Location. Once you arrive to campus, please turn off your GPS and follow the directional traffic signs. After you have checked-in at your Central Location (The Humphrey Coliseum or Animal and Dairy / Poultry Science Building), you will be directed to your Residence Hall Unloading Zone.
DO NOT arrive to your check-in location before your time slot - you will not be given access earlier than the designated time slot.
North Zone will report to The Humphrey Coliseum.

BEFORE ARRIVING FOR MVNU2MSU 2024
Obtain your MSU Student ID

- If you do not have your ID before you arrive to campus, the Card Services office will be available at both check-in locations to pick up your card before you will be allowed to check-in for MVNU2MSU.
Emergency Card
- Every resident is required to complete an Emergency Contact e-form to be kept on file with the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This form must be completed prior to check-in and can be found here: https://msstate.erezlife.com/

Advanced Payment Policy
- Students will NOT be able to move into a Residence Hall until they have complied with the University's advanced payment requirements. For more information on the payment plans and how to pay your bill, visit Paymybill.msstate.edu.
