Early Arrival Move-In Information (Presidential Scholars and Panhellenic Recruits)

Are you ready for MVNU2MSU?! We are so excited to have you here on campus on Thursday, August 15th! All the details for move-in are below and attached.
Please make sure to read the instructions and complete everything before arriving to your residence hall.
When you Arrive
Follow the map to your residence hall to check-in and unload. You will not be able to check-in until your time slot starts, so make sure to arrive on time.

- 1PM - 4PM: Presidential Scholars Retreat

BEFORE ARRIVING FOR MVNU2MSU 2024
Obtain your MSU Student ID
- Please follow this link to complete that process: https://servicedesk.msstate.edu/TDClient/45/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1697 If you do not have your ID before you arrive to campus, the Card Services office will be available at both check-in locations to pick up your card before you will be allowed to check-in for MVNU2MSU.
Emergency Card
- Every resident is required to complete an Emergency Contact e-form to be kept on file with the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This form must be completed prior to check-in and can be found here: https://msstate.erezlife.com/

Advanced Payment Policy
- Students will NOT be able to move into a Residence Hall until you have complied with the University's advanced payment requirements. For more information on the payment plans and how to pay your bill, visit Paymybill.msstate.edu.
